Purpose: The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gather information regarding the procurement of a hybrid event management application/service for up to 1,000 total participants a year. Background: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission uses Cisco Webex products and Microsoft Teams to host virtual conferences for both internal and external participants. These platforms do not possess the necessary event management and digital experience tools to fully support hybrid conferencing experiences. The SEC needs to provide tools to support a new era where more attendees are online, and event programs increasingly consist of virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats. The purchase of a hybrid event management service will allow SEC staff to facilitate two event experiences—for in-person attendees and one for virtual ones— that are seamlessly connected to offer attendees many new, engaging opportunities to meet new colleagues and learn new things. This software will also enable the SEC to engage with internal and external audiences before, during, and after events. Description of Need: Attachment 1 provides a complete description of the SEC’s Draft Requirements. Content: Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (uei) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Recommended NAICS code 2. A description of your company’s product and how it meets each of the SEC’s Requirements in Attachment 1 (limit 7 pages for the product description document). 3. A price estimate for a Base Period of 12-months with estimated pricing for 1 Option Period of 12 months.
