Original Notice: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting market research for subscription products that provide telephone batch searches and an online public records investigative system. Attachment 1 provides a description of the SEC’s Draft Requirements. Note: the SEC is accepting responses from companies that respond to one of the components (Telephone Batch or Investigative System), and companies that respond to both components. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with the following company information: Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (uei) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Any GWAC or FSS contracts held by your company (e.g. GSA) and whether your company's subscription product is covered by the contract(s) 2. A description of your company’s subscription product and how it meets the SEC’s Requirements. Indicate if your company is responding to one of the components (telephone batch or investigative system) or both components. The page limitation is 7 pages if your company is responding to one component, and 14 pages if your company is responding to both components. 3. Complete Attachment #2 – Requirements Matrix Checklist to indicate which requirements your company meets. Note: all respondents must complete sections C , D and E which cover system functionality, security, and customer support required for both the telephone batch and investigative system components. 4. A price estimate with pricing for a Base Period of 12 months and four Option Periods of 12 months each. The pricing shall provide the following pricing Tiers: If responding to the Telephone Batch component, pricing shall be provided by quantity of searches in the following Tiers: 25,000 searches, 100,000 searches, 300,000 searches, and 1,000,000 searches If responding to the Investigative System component, pricing shall be priced by number of users in the following Tiers: 25 users, 100 users, 300 users, 700 users, and 1,000 users 5. If available, provide sample output report(s) to demonstrate output format (note: sensitive info shall be redacted). 6. If available, provide a listing of customers currently using the product including Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies.
