The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources to provide a tool to develop a disclosure form tailored to registered index-linked annuities (structured annuities). The tool should house product specifications, rider specifications, rates/fees, regulatory filings, marketing materials on variable, structured, indexed, multi-year guaranteed, and traditional fixed annuities. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Company name and address; Company Point of Contact (Name, Phone, E-mail Address); Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (uei) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought) and Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for this RFI. 2. Technical Capability Statement (5-page limit) must specifically include the following: A description of your company’s subscription product and how it meets each of the SEC’s Requirements in Attachment 1 (limit 5 pages for the product description document). Technical Capability Statement Disclaimer: Please note that this notice is for INFORMATIONAL and PLANNING purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for the information solicited nor recognize any costs associated with the submission of the RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an opportunity for industry to enhance the success of any future procurement to meet this requirement. Any information obtained as a result of this RFI is intended to be used by the Government on a non-attribution basis for program planning and acquisition strategy development. A determination by the Government not to issue a solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
