Original Notice (4/27/23): The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources capable of providing a digital data asset subscription including coverage of Blockchain technology; digital asset investment vehicles, such as privately offered and publicly offered pooled investment vehicles; digital asset infrastructure, such as trading, lending, and payment systems; initial coin offerings (“ICO”); and digital asset market analysis, news and research. Please refer to the attachment: Draft SEC Requirements List for a complete description of the requirement. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (UEI) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) 2. A description of your company’s subscription product for digital asset data including whether it meets each of the SEC’s requirements listed in the attached draft requirements list, and a description of the range/depth of coverage of digital assets included in the subscription. The page limitation for this product description is 12 pages. 3. A sample data file from the subscription (if available). 4. A price estimate with estimated pricing for a Base Year and 4 Option Years.
