Original Posting (01/04/23): The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription to comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data for domestic and foreign issuers, market indices, mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs). NOTE: All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) in order to submit a quote for this procurement. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Additionally, the SEC will only accept responses from offerors that meet all minimum requirements listed in Attachments 1 and 2. Refer to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation document and all attachments for complete information and instructions for responding to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519290 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
