This contract was awarded for subscription to comprehensive fixed income credit ratings data including all credit ratings and credit watch updates from S&P, Moody’s and Fitch for the following asset classes: 1) corporates 2) municipals and 3) asset-backed. The data shall be provided through a single platform. The SEC shall be provided enterprise license for the data. All licensing agreements and associated fees for the credit ratings data provided by S&P, Moody’s and Fitch will be incorporated into a single contract for the provided subscription. This contract was awarded as a sole source. The sole source justification is posted in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(a)(1)(iii).
