All other terms of this Sources Sought Notice remain unchanged. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources to provide an automated data validation system that identifies suspected or known FPDS-NG errors to ensure that the entered FPDS-NG data is valid and accurate. The system shall also automate the annual FPDS-NG Verification and Validation Review, and generate the Exhibit II required by OMB. This requirement also includes generating timely contractor responsibility assessment reports that include contractor responses to relevant representations and certifications in SAM, status of exclusions in SAM, and any applicable records in FAPIIS and FPDS-NG. The requirements within this SOW do not change due to the future FPDS-NG migration to SAM.gov. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Company name and address; Company Point of Contact (Name, Phone, E-mail Address); Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier (uei) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought) and Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for this RFI. 2. Technical Capability Statement (5-page limit) must specifically include the following: Proposed approach to meeting or exceeding the minimum capability requirements of the Statement of Work. Past Performance History /Experience in providing this area of expertise to the Government, and other relevant information that would enhance the Government's understanding of the information submitted. Specific examples that are relevant should include experience with implementation with other government agencies. Question and Response Deadline: Any questions regarding this Sources Sought notice must be sent to Pleshette Brown via email at BrownPl@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM EDT on August 5, 2022. Responses to this RFI will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for the information solicited nor recognize any costs associated with the submission of the RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an opportunity for industry to enhance the success of any future procurement to meet this requirement. Any information obtained as a result of this RFI is intended to be used by the Government on a non-attribution basis for program planning and acquisition strategy development.
