Original Notice: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this notice to seek sources for a Financial Sources Data subscription in accordance with Attachment 1 – Draft Requirements List. The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription. The SEC is not seeking a subscription that requires development. Note: If a formal procurement is held for this requirement, the solicitation will include FAR Clause 52.223-99 Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. Any contractors responding to the procurement must accept and comply with the clause in order to be eligible for award consideration. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Dun & Bradstreet Numbers (DUNs) and verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov (Note: your company must be registered in SAM to be eligible if a formal procurement is issued) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) 2. A description of your company’s subscription that demonstrates it meets the SEC’s requirements (limit 15 pages). Merely restating the requirements is not sufficient. 3. A completed response to Attachment # 2 - Sources Sought Questionnaire. 4. A price estimate for annual subscription for a 1 Year Period and estimated pricing for up to 9 Option Years. Question and Response Deadline: All questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to Jeremy Garrett by email at GarrettJ@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM ET on December 14th, 2021. All responses to this notice must be submitted to Jeremy Garrett (GarrettJ@sec.gov) by no later than 3:00 PM ET on January 5th, 2022. All responses must include: 1. Summary/Cover Letter 2.
