The SEC Ofifce of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation to provide the SEC with non-personal, commercial, enterprise vehicles for Quantitative Data Collection, Qualitative Research, Research-Related Technical Support, Program Managemet Support and Related services. The services will support the entire SEC, primarily, the Office of the Investor Advocate's (OIAD) Policy Oriented Stakeholder and Investor Testing for Innovative and Effective Regulation (POSITIER) program. The SEC anticipates issuing multiple awards, at least one (1), but no more than eight (8) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as result of this solicitation. The awards will include a base period of performance of one (1) year with nine (9) option years. The overall combined maximum threshold for the IDIQ contracts is $10,000,000.00.
