Original Notice (Aug 24, 2021): The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), 100 F Street, NE, Washington, DC 20549, intends to procure a subscription for 3 users to a news analytics platform to support the identification of events and trends impacting U.S. securities markets NOTE: The SEC has a preference for Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development. Additionally, all offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) by the submission deadline of this RFQ. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 519190 and the small business size standard is $30,000,000. This solicitation is issued unrestricted.
