March 31, 2021: This notification is amended to post the SEC's responses to questions - Please see attached. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this notice to seek sources for a Legal News subscription that covers litigation and legislative and regulatory developments in business practice areas and includes a searchable online interface that provides users the ability to initiate alerts and daily newsletters delivered by e-mail. The SEC is seeking information from sources that currently have a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription that meets all requirements in Attachment 1 – Draft Requirements List. The SEC will only accept responses from companies that currently have a COTS subscription that can meet all of the requirements in Attachment 1 and have active registration is the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Business size and any whether company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Cage Code and DUNS; Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, FEDLINK, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.) 2. A description of your company’s COTS Legal News subscription which demonstrates it meets all of the SEC’s data requirements (limit 7 pages). Merely restating the requirements is not sufficient. 3. A sample of a recent (within past month) daily newsletter from the subscription. 4. A price estimate for enterprise subscription of the requirements listed in Attachment 1.
