SEC Source Sought Notice – Global Market Pricing Data Subscription The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this notice to seek sources for subscription to global market pricing data. The data subscription shall cover a broad range of securities, including global equities, fixed income, and certain categories of futures and options. The SEC is seeking information from sources that currently have a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription that meets all requirements in Attachment 1 – Draft Requirements List. The SEC will only accept responses from companies that currently have a COTS subscription that can meet all of the requirements in Attachment 1 and have active registration is the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Business name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Business size and any whether company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Cage Code and DUNS; Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, FEDLINK, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice. 2. Completed Attachment 2 – Requirements Checklist Matrix. Your company must complete this attachment to indicate whether you company meets each data requirement. 3. A description of your company’s delivery mechanism to demonstrate it meets all of the SEC’s data requirements and formatting requirements for easy ingestion of the required data (limit 5 pages). Merely restating the requirements is not sufficient. 4. Sample files to demonstrate that your company’s solution meets the data requirements listed in the Requirements document. Note: The securities data requested for the sample files will be used solely by the SEC to assess respondents’ capability to meet the data requirements; the data is not intended to be used by the SEC for any official business/regulatory activities. 5. Price estimate – the SEC requests a price estimate for enterprise subscription of all data requirements listed in Attachment 1.
