This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared for the purchase of Financial and Accounting Regulatory/Policy Training, catalog offerings covering topics relevant to Accounting and Financial Professionals, and eLearning Licenses in support of Accounting and Financial Professional Training initiatives for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Headquarters and Regional Offices. The Office of Human Resources (OHR), College of Securities and Professional Development will be the primary user for this service. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items has been prepared for this purchase in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," and FAR Part 13.5, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items" as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the Statement of Work - Attachment 1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond accordingly.
