All-inclusive software/application to support comprehensive and robust digital asset management for the SEC's official photography, videography, and graphics files, including but not limited to uploading, storage and remotely sharing of large files, particularly video files necessary to effectively and timely edit and distribute videos of the Chairman's outreach to teachers, military, small businesses, seniors and retail investors. In addition to storage of large sized files, the software will facilitate editing, captioning/closed captioning, archiving, sharing previews, indexing, searching, and album creation, etc. This will also supplant and satisfy the ongoing need to purchase separate storage drives. The system should provide different levels of account access for different user roles, reporting features, customization of file management templates, and enhanced security procedures.
