Introduction and Purpose of the Request for Information: This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to survey potential sources that will be able to support the procurement (described in full in the attached draft Statement of Work): Sign Language Interpreter Services Your organization is encouraged to submit the below deliverables for any or all of the aforementioned programs. Vendors are also encouraged to submit new and innovative ways of accomplishing the services from the preceding bulleted list. Attachments: Please review the attached draft Statement of Work for more information. Deliverables: In your response, please provide the following: Technical Capability Statement Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) based on a five-year period of performance inclusive of a Base period and four (4) one-year Option periods. Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) Capabilities There is no page limit to either of the above. RFI Guidelines: Please note that this notice is for INFORMATIONAL and PLANNING purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for the information solicited nor recognize any costs associated with the submission of the RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an opportunity for industry to enhance the success of any future procurement to meet this requirement. Any information obtained as a result of this RFI is intended to be used by the Government on a non-attribution basis for program planning and acquisition strategy development. A determination by the Government not to issue a solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. RFI Procedure: Please email all comments and questions in response to this RFI and the Draft Statement of Work to CarterL@sec.gov and AvilesG@sec.gov by the deadline listed below under section titled “Timeframe”. Please include the following information along with your response: Company Name; Company Address; Company Website; GSA Contract (if applicable), Point of Contact (POC), and contact information for this RFI. Questions and comments will be considered for market research purposes in the event a solicitation is released in the future. Timeframe: Questions concerning this Request for Information (RFI) are due by 3:00PM (EST) on April 27, 2020. Responses to this RFI are due by 3:00PM (EST) on May 4, 2020.
