RFI – Court Reporting Services The United States Postal Services (USPS) is seeking potential suppliers of Court Reporting, Recording, and Transcription Services. Interested suppliers must meet the following requirements: All reporters must meet licensing and certifications requirements of the locale and venue of the proceedings Must be able to provide in person court reporting services anywhere in the United States with at least 5 days notice. To respond to this listing, interested suppliers must provide the following: Company name, contact person, email, phone, and DUNS number. Company description, including information on what services are offered. Description of the company’s service qualifications, to include: Size – number of reports employed or under contract Geographic coverage – including both regions where you have local resources and ones that can be covered by traveling personnel. Qualifications required of reporters, including education, certification, and any state or local licensing Any other active federal government contracts should be listed.
