The Contractor shall provide one experienced customer support technician who is knowledgeable with Helpdesk and Desktop Support services. They must also have a working knowledge of O365, Active Directory, PIV authentication, and have worked in a remote environment using VPN. The Commission is seeking a contractor who is familiar with a professional work environment, has worked with attorneys and professional staff in past engagements, and can provide experienced troubleshooting and user support (minimal 1 year experience supporting users with O365). The help desk personnel should engage with end users from a training mindset to assist the Commission with successful adoption of O365.
