The Office of Inspector General (OIG) Broad Agency Announcement seeks proposals for professional, consultant, and support services only. Prior fiscal year proposals already accepted or under evaluation need not be resubmitted for the same position. A formal RFP, solicitation, or additional information will not be issued, and the OIG is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation; applicable terms are in the attached documents. Contracts may be awarded on a rolling basis, may result in one or more awards per position, and require compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act for contracts worth $150,000 or more. The solicitation period ends September 30, 2027, or when replaced by a subsequent BAA, whichever is earlier.
