FY2026 USPS OIG Broad Agency Announcement
The USPS OIG Broad Agency Announcement solicits proposals for professional, consultant, and support services only, with all terms and conditions contained in the attached documents and no formal RFP to follow. Prior fiscal year BAA proposals already accepted or under evaluation for the same position do not need to be resubmitted. Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis, and OIG may award contracts throughout the solicitation period, with a position listing potentially resulting in one or more awards. The OIG reserves the right to select all, some, or none of the proposals. Contracts worth $150,000 or more require compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act, and the OIG is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
