The United States Postal Service (USPS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) intends to award a contract to a Supplier who will provide a managed Information Technology (IT) Service Desk solution. The IT Service Desk must serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customer IT-related incidents and services requests. Please see solicitation for additional details for this Full and Open Competition. 6/5/2025 - Update - This update/amendment incorporates the Q&As received along with an updated solicitation and raw data. Please closely review. We are also updating the NAICS for this effort but it will remain a full and open competition. Any questions recieved after the Q&A due date on the solicitation are at the OIG's descretion to be answered.
