The purpose of this amendment is to: 1- Remove Provision A-2 2- Remove the requirement for Secret FCL and move it to preferred rather than required 3- Update Technical Factor II: Staffing/Transition Plan to clarify the resume submission requirement for the Program Manager and to clarify that the resume will not count towards the page count limit Lastly, final proposal submission due date has been updated to September 19, 2024 5PM EST. The Supplier must provide support services primarily for the USPS OIG and potentially other agencies that are required on an as-needed basis. Specific requirements will be defined and funded at the task order level. The USPS OIG intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to meet the requirements within this SOW. Future contract services will be procured from one or more of these multiple award contract holders for both support services and task-driven requirements. As defined at the task order level, the Supplier must provide support services to the USPS OIG to support the following areas: Software & Data Engineering Directorate IT Operations Directorate IT Security Office Enterprise Services Directorate Enterprise Business Solutions Directorate Research and Insights Solution Center (RISC)

Specifically, the USPS OIG requests interested parties to submit the following in response to this draft RFP: Interest in bidding the future procurement Concerns or recommendations on the RFP documentation Questions about the RFP or how the procurement will be executed Recommendations on Position Description (PD) alignments within the general category descriptions (for pricing rate proposal alignment) The Supplier must provide support services primarily for the USPS OIG and potentially other agencies that are required on an as-needed basis.
