For more information regarding organizational background, project background, questions, and responses, please refer to Attachment 1. Questions about this RFI are due no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 12, 2020 Responses to this RFI are due no later than 5:00pm EST on February 19, 2020. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the instructions included in Attachment 1. This RFI is issued for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The USPS OIG is not responsible for costs incurred by firms in furnishing a response to this RFI.
