The Postal Service is seeking to purchase air transportation and ancillary services to include all line-haul, ground handling, and terminal handling services in support of mail delivery between San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) and the following destinations: St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (STT); St. Croix, Virgin Islands (STX); Vieques, Puerto Rico (VQS); and Culebra Puerto Rico (CPX). Amendment 0001 The purpose this Amendent is to the incorporate the Questions and Answers from the pre-proposal conference into this Solcitation, and to make changes to sections of the Solicitation highlighted in yellow. These changes include updates to Attachment A-Schedule, incorporating a Video Surveillance System requirement (line 832), and updating language related to Subcontracting in an offerors proposal (line 980).
