Proposal submission consists of two (2) requirements. Offerors must submit both an electronic and soft-copy of their complete proposals. The first submission is in the Coupa Sourcing Response Portal. The Coupa Sourcing Response Portal is an eSourcing tool that automates, standardizes, and streamlines the sourcing of supplies, services, equipment, transportation, and facilities. All offerors interested in participating in this solicitation must first register in the Coupa Sourcing Response Portal. To register in the Coupa platform, please see the registration link below at: https://about.usps.com/suppliers/becoming/registration.htm On the United States Postal Service “About” page you will reach the Supplier Registration page. After reading Step 1, proceed to Step 2. Click the link and complete the “Supplier Registration Form” in its entirety. Once completed, send the completed form as an attachment to: eSourcing@usps.gov. You will then receive a Coupa system generated e-mail to set-up your password to have access to the system, and the solicitation event.
