The purpose of this notification is to advise that on Friday, December 27, 2019, the United States Postal Service issued the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) Production Phase 3 Request for Proposal (RFP). The NGDV is a planned replacement program for our current Long Life Delivery Vehicles (LLVs) as well as our Flexible Fuel Vehicles (FFVs) used in delivery operations. The RFP provides for a 90 day proposal response period and will close, unless extended, on March 27, 2020. Contract award(s) is/are planned for 2020.
