The Supplier shall perform investigations of discrimination complaints, management initiated investigations of harassment allegations that are not discrimination complaints, and compensatory damages claims and prepare Reports of Investigation (ROI) for the United States Postal Service (USPS) National Equal Employment Opportunity Investigative Services Office (NEEOISO) and its federal agency customers. The United States Postal Service is responsible for ensuring that discrimination complaints and harassment allegations that are not discrimination complaints are processed fairly, promptly, thoroughly, and in strict compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulations and USPS policies and regulations.
