The Supplier will prepare Final Agency Decisions (FADs) on the merits of discrimination complaints and/or entitlement to compensatory damages for the United States Postal Service (Postal Service), National Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigative Services Office (NEEOISO) and other agencies as assigned. Each FAD will inform the complainant of the outcome of his/her claim(s) of discrimination or entitlement to compensatory damages and the rights to appeal the decision.
