The purpose of this competitive solicitation is to obtain appraisal review services for the United States Postal Service (USPS) Real Estate and Assets group. The anticipated award will be for multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards. The minimum value is $1,000 and the combined maximum is $1,200,000. The Period of Performance of the ensuing contracts is three years (3) base period with two (2) 1-year options for a total of five (5) years if all options are exercised. 3-yr. Base Period: June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2026 Option Period 1: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 Option Period 2: June 1, 2027 – May 31, 2028 Important dates to note are as follows: RFP Question Submission Deadline is Monday, February 6, 2023, at 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
