PBGC is conducting market research for Super Intelligence Program Support Services (SIPSS) to identify interested vendors with the resources to support the requirement. Additional requirement details are available in the accompanying Appendix, and the market research will help determine the acquisition method. PBGC is open to vendors with IT and/or business consulting capabilities. There is currently no solicitation, and this request for capability information is not a request for proposals. Providing information is voluntary, and the Government will not reimburse costs incurred to respond.
