Description: Plan Asset Evaluation Licenses This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), Procurement Department (PD) is the contracting office for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to announce the intent to award a firm-fixed-price order on a sole source basis to ICE Data Services, Inc., 2955 Point Eden Way Hayward, California 94545-3720 (UEI: MSJJVNLQM3J6) in accordance with FAR Part FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b) (2) – The required supplies or services are commercial items, only one source (including brand name) is capable of satisfying the Agency’s requirement, and the cost/price exceeds the SAT but does not exceed $7M. This requirement will license for web-based login portals to assist in performing the valuation of pension plan assets at the DOPT for the purpose of paying timely and accurate pension benefits to plan participants. It is anticipated that the award will be issue on or before May 1, 2023, with a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods of performance from May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2028, if all options are exercised. However, all interested parties may submit their capability statements for the required services, which shall be considered by the agency if received by the Points of Contact (POC) listed below by 10:00 AM EST, March 20, 2023. A determination to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretions of the Government.
