AMENDMENT 4: There are multiple updates in this amendment. First, responses to new contractor questions are provided. Second, a prior response to a contractor question has been updated. Third, multiple local PBGC clauses have been added. Fourth, the PWS has been updated to address Government-furnished property and extend all deliverable due dates by one month to account for the time it will take for contractor personnel to receive PIV credentials. AMENDMENT 3: Responses to contractor questions are attached to this announcement. In addition, the Contract Clauses and Solicitation Provisions document has been updated as indicated in red font. AMENDMENT 2: In recognition of the Labor Day holiday, the RFQ closing date has been extended from September 2, 2024 to September 4, 2024. AMENDMENT 1: The solicitation has been amended to add the Estimated Workload attachment and make minor edits to the Consolidated Solicitation attachment shown in red font.
