These subscriptions are necessary to reduce risk to the agency and meet the agency’s mission of protecting the retirement incomes of American workers in private sector defined benefit pension plans. PBGC requires access to a list of in-depth legal publications that can be offered in a digital format and also provide individual login credentialing that can be accessed by agency personnel.
