The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) requires a sole source bridge award for a four month base period with SPECTRUM INTERNATIONAL for Communications Center Support Services, previously assigned under Contract No. 16PBGC19C0005. A recompete for the next iteration of Communications Center Services is underway. Therefore, this four-month bridge contract will allow for the continuation of services until the resultant recompete Communications Center Support Services contract is awarded.
