This is a Request for Information ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation for proposal or any obligation on behalf of the Government. A response to this RFI is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes-PBGC is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondent's expense. All submissions, detailed below, become Government Property and will not be returned. Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any such request is issued. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and statues. All personnel reviewing RFI responses understands their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described in 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified. To the maximum extent possible, please submit non-proprietary information. The information provided will not be used for any purpose other than for market research. Please note: some respondents may be asked to provide a demonstration of their solution to PBGC for market research purposes. This Request for Information (RFI), is being issued to gather information relevant to PBGC for OneStream integrator partners with: Strong and proven domain expertise in the complexities of the Federal Budgeting Process including both Formulation and Execution, and handling the complex process of passback from other Federal agencies and, Proven relevant OneStream implementation experience at Federal Agencies and integrating OneStream with Federal Financial Management Systems (preferably Oracle’s e-Business Suite Federal Financials), Federal Acquisition Management Systems (preferably Unison’s PRISM), Federal Shared Services HR Systems (e.g., DOI). The Government will use any information submitted as market research to better appreciate the capabilities of the industry.
