This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Bloomberg Research Support Services (financial research and reporting subscription services) released pursuant to FAR 15.201(e). This RFI is posted by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), Procurement Department (PD). The PBGC PD is seeking information concerning available authorized sellers/dealers of Bloomberg Research Services under Beta.Sam. PBGC PD is also interested in receiving feedback from industry identifying potential alternative financial research reporting, support, and analysis database subscriptions which meet PBGC’s requirements. Specifically, PBGC’s Office of Benefits Administration (OBA) requires access to comprehensive financial, market, and security information as a critical component of mission requirements, which are described in Attachment 1. Please refer to Attachment 1 for a description of OBA’s proposed requirements and the below Sections 1 through 4 of this RFI for instructions on responding to this RFI.
