Please see Amendment 001 with Attachments for additional information.* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Solicitation 1145PC23Q0136 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 12/30/2022. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.106 under North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICs) 561421, “Telephone Answering Services.” The Small Business Administration size standard is $19,000,000.00. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. However, the Government is in no way obligated to make an award, nor to pay any costs incurred by the Contractor in preparing and submitting its quote. The Peace Corps is seeking to procure Telephone Answering Service for the Office of Health Services (OHS) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please refer to RFQ package with attachments for complete details and instructions to offerors. Questions are due on or before March 22, 2023 at 12:00 pm Washington, DC local time. All quotes are due no later than March 31, 2023 at 10:00 am Washington, DC local time.
