This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. Solicitation 1145PC23Q0131 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 effective 03/16/2023. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5 under North American Industrial Classification Code (NAIC) 621999 - All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services. The Small Business Administration size standard is $20,500,000.00. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. However, the Government is in no way obligated to make an award, nor to pay any costs incurred by the Contractor in preparing and submitting its quote. The Peace Corps seeks a contractor to provide Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Compliant Tele-SANE services to support PCMOs in conducting Sexual Assault Forensic Exam (SAFE) for PCV/Ts. TeleSANE services include live virtual assistance and consultation with the SAFE exam and other related services. Tele-SANE services shall be available and adequately staffed 24 hours a day on a year- round basis (24/7/365).
