The Peace Corps is seeking to acquire recruitment, staff training, and advertisement services to bring awareness to the Peace Corps strategic goal of diversifying the volunteer corps. More specifically to increase the Peace Corps brand in Native American communities and recruit applicants who identify as Native American for the Peace Corps volunteer service program. In accordance with FAR 13.106(b) soliciting from a single source, the Peace Corps intends to award one single source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for one (1) twelve (12) month Base Year. The Peace Corps has determined the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
