This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1145PC20Q0049 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for flag poles and bases. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. This requirement is set-aside for small business and is being solicited using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. A fixed-price contract is anticipated.
