Re-pipe with 2” piping back t... Remove existing dual motor external system and replace with two (2) new 3/4HP submersible motor assembly and controllers. All material to be spec’d as domestic in origin. Re-pipe with 2” piping back to existing flow meters and plumb out existing H-Valve for alternating booster pumps and add swinging check valves to prevent back pressure between motors. All piping to be cut & thread on site to fit. Reuse electrical from existing booster pumps and wire in hook signal for one (1) motor control using existing wiring, conduits, & solenoids and run new conduit and circuit as required for secondary motor assembly. All existing piping not within the first 10’ of the tank will be reused including but not limited to the day tanks, solenoids, return line & pumps, etc. Dry test both motors for wiring and purge lines to all day tanks. Test all for functionality. Clean our debris from site.
