This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify small businesses that are capable of providing a 360-Degree/Multi-Rater Survey Administration and Reporting Platform. Human Resources Solutions (HRS) seeks to acquire the self-service use of a 508-compliant survey platform to create, administer, produce reports, and download data for a variety of 360-degree/multi-rater online surveys. This purpose is to establish a one (1) year base contract plus four (4) one-year option periods for provision of a 360-Degree/Multi-Rater Survey Administration and Reporting Platform for HRS within the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
