The enclosed RFQ is to provide support for the Office of Personnel Management, Office of the Inspector General. The Government is issuing a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quote is released under FULL AND OPEN Competition Procedures under NAICS Code 513210 – Software Publishers. Interested parties should submit their quote in accordance with the attached instructions. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this notice. The resulting award period of performance is a based period of 12 months with four (4) 12 months option periods, unless the period is extended by modification to this purchase order. All questions regarding the solicitation, of a contractual nature or technical nature, must be submitted in writing via email to Kerry Ann Nakouye (kerryann.nakouye@opm.gov) no later than November 29, 2022, 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to Kerry Ann Nakouye (Kerryann.Nakouye@Opm.gov) on or before the RFQ closing date of December 30, 2022, 10:00AM TIME Eastern Standard Time.
