This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 24361821R0003and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2021-03, 02/16/2021. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is requesting proposals for Chiller and Variable Speed Drive (VFD) Maintenance and Repair Services at the Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB), Washington DC. This RFP is being solicited unrestricted as to business size, however all subcontracting must be disclosed prior to award regardless of prime contractor’s business size.
