This solicitation is associated to the PreSolicitation notice under the same reference number. The Government anticipates awarding a single competitive procurement action, open market, unrestricted as to business size. Contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. OPM will be the only agency authorized to issue orders against this contract. Anticipated date of award is on or about June 30, 2022. The contract will have a maximum of 54 months of performance periods available. Anticipated Periods of Performance and Dates are as noted in attached solicitation. All communications are to be in writing. Phone calls will not be accepted. BENEFEDS services are currently being performed under contract OPM3517C0002, which will expire on 12/31/2022. The new solicitation will include a start-up period prior to performance of approximately 6 months (07/01/2022 through 12/31/2022) for the awardee to perform start-up activities and obtain the required Information Technology Authorization To Operate (ATO) before services begin performance on 01/01/2023.
