This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 24361820R0006 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2020-04, 01/15/2020. This solicitation is associated to the Sources Sought Notice #24361819S0006. Offerors responding to this solicitation are NOT required to have participated in the market research phase or responded to the SSN in order to be considered eligible to respond to this solicitation. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) is requesting proposals for Administrative Services to administer the Child Care Subsidy Program for OPM employees. The services are to being solicited on behalf of OPM's Human Respurces as part of the Work /Life Wellness initiative, as specified herein. Please refer to the attachments for further details. This RFP is being solicited on a Total Small Business Set-aside basis. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, small business size standard, $16.5 million.
