This amendment lengthens the amount of time Offerors shall provide the Government with access to their proposed Core HCM platform under Technical Factor 3 – System Testing. This adjustment is necessary to accommodate evaluator availability during the upcoming holidays and to ensure sufficient time for thorough and equitable testing. This amendment does not reopen the solicitation. The solicitation remains closed, and no new proposals will be accepted.
