Description- The Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Chief Information Officer, has a requirement for sole source, proprietary STAR360 Feedback Survey Software from Synthesis Technology Assessment & Research, LLC. The total potential period of performance for the action is 60 months. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
