The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking to identify qualified sources, including small businesses, which can provide OPM Azure cloud-capable, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products that facilitate health insurance decision support and enrollment for a Postal Services Health Benefits Central Enrollment Portal. This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only. This IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) and does not restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach.
