In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) OPM intends to solicit one source, Keystone Vocational Services, Inc. (Keystone), for courier services directly related to Federal retirement processing between the ROC in Boyers, PA and the Theodore Roosevelt Building (TRB) in Washington, DC. Courier services are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday unless otherwise delineated or requested by OPM to ensure a constant flow of retirement material servicing approximately 2.4 million customers. At this time only one source can provide the services required because of an already established clearance access to both the ROC and TRB. The estimated period of performance for these services is 30 days.
