This procurement action will be set-aside exclusively for authorized Small Businesses and include a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for Brand Name specific BMC Remedy authorized resellers only. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed price Purchase Order to the small business representing the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. The subject acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
